This service is for the client (or builder) that is further along in the building or remodeling process but needs help selecting finishes and materials, plumbing and appliances, lighting (interior and exterior), hardware, paint, etc. This includes coordinating and communicating with contractors and other trades, along with job-site visits as needed. 

Redesigning a kitchen and/ or bathroom can make a big difference in the overall look and feel of your home. This service offers the custom design of kitchens and bathrooms including cabinetry and built-ins. 

This service specializes in concept to completion project management including all services provided in, Interior Finish Selections. This provides collaboration and communication with you, the architect, builder and all trades involved on both new builds and large-scale renovations.

LLI goal is to help streamline and organize what is an exciting, yet daunting process filled with many important decisions. LLI job is to take on the role as the middleman between the client and builder to ensure that all designs are carried out as intended. 

This service is perfect for the client that wants to focus on refreshing decorative elements within their home. This includes paint and wallpaper selections, soft goods, case goods, window treatments, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories. I can work with pieces you already have in place or start from scratch. I will measure the spaces to be redecorated and take photographs. Furniture layouts are created to aid in the determination of items needed for each space along with design/mood boards.  LLI provides full-service installation of all furnishings.
