Let's connect via "Contact Form", email, or phone. To follow, I will send over a "Project Inquiry Form" along with LLI contract services and fees.

This is where we get to know each other and I learn about your wants and needs for your project and answer any questions you may have. We will also talk through timing and budget as both are very important to establish.

Once we have agreed to work together, we will then meet to review any architectural drawings and/or discuss what changes and additions you are considering. If your project is a new construction or renovation, we will have a separate meeting with the architect and/or contractor. During this time, I will take measurements and photos and determine any other materials needed to begin creating your design plan. An estimate of design hours needed will be sent to you after this meeting. This includes design services listed in, “The Design Services” section of the contract. 

LLI creates a design plan for your home! This is where the fun starts and your design begins to take shape. 

New Construction/ Renovation Management 

Interior Finish Selections 

Kitchen and Bath Design 

• Finalize space plans- coordinate drawings and details with your contractor and/ or architect

• Selection of finishes and materials, plumbing and appliances, lighting (interior and exterior), hardware, paint, etc.

• Finalize cabinetry, built-in drawings, and specifications 

Furnishings Selections, Decorating, and Styling  

• Create furniture layouts 

• Selection of furnishings including paint and wallpaper selections, soft goods, case goods, window treatments, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories.

Once all designs are approved, orders are placed and work is scheduled with professionals/ trades as needed. This is the phase where the actual work is being done and is managed by LLI to make sure all of your goods are fabricated and arrive as planned. LLI will be available to answer any questions and make site visits as needed on all services provided. 

When your space is complete and furnishings received, LLI provides full-service installation of all furnishings, window treatments, and accessories ordered, along with styling of shelves and hanging of artwork and frames.
